Training for Tomorrow
Studio Samuel’s signature life skills program, Training for Tomorrow, is designed to keep adolescent girls in school and prepare them for a strong, self-reliant future. Training for Tomorrow is a one-year program for girls ages 12–18, held after school, on weekends, and during summer break. The curriculum builds life skills through modules in self-advocacy, goal setting, reproductive health, financial literacy, and leadership—empowering girls to stay in school, delay early marriage, and shape their own futures. The program runs alongside traditional school.
Why This Matters
When adolescent girls in our communities are denied access to education, they are vulnerable to early marriage, trafficking, child labor, gender-based violence, and at-risk employment.

Studio Samuel’s Health Education program empowers girls with life-saving knowledge through culturally sensitive, fact-based lessons in preventive care, menstrual health, HIV and STI awareness, and reproductive rights. The curriculum tackles stigma head-on—dispelling myths, encouraging open dialogue, and fostering safe spaces for students to ask questions and access support. Through peer mentorship, youth-led discussions, and access to two licensed health officials through our on-site mini-clinic, girls gain the tools to care for their bodies, challenge taboos, and advocate for their health and well-being.
